At Apartment Renovation Specialists we can deliver on any brief, be it "full white modern minimalist", "Industrial", "scandi" or "beach style", whatever floats your boat!

For this project the brief was a classy executive style with warm wood & modern black accents.

At 130m2, this was a good sized apartment for us to enhance & add value to.

We built a stunning walnut style kitchen with black appliances, used a feature panel under breakfast bar & Led strip lighting all around the kitchen.

For the rest of the apartment we added several feature pendant lights to really warm up the appearance & add a special vibe. LED downlights were a no brainer, so we added those too.

To give that extra sparkle & sense of light, we used polished Italian tiles for the hard floor areas, & light mocha coloured carpet.

The finished result really delivered on that "warm yet sophisticated" modern look we were after.
